This product has a shelf life of 4 months once opened and 6 months if unopened. Adhesive products, if not stored or handled correctly, may lose effectiveness or become unsuitable for use. As a buyer, it is your responsibility to inspect adhesive items upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of receipt if any issues arise. 

This timeframe allows for proper assessment of the product's condition and any potential issues related to storage, handling, or transportation. Replacements for faulty products cannot be offered outside of this 48-hour period.

To avoid damaging lashes, carefully remove them from the container using your fingers. We strongly recommend performing a patch test before using the product: apply a small amount behind the earlobe and wait 24 hours. If irritation occurs, rinse the area immediately with warm water and discontinue use. If irritation persists, seek medical advice.

WARNINGS: Avoid direct contact with eyes. In case of contact, rinse immediately with clean water. If irritation persists, consult a physician. Keep out of reach of children.

Place the product under and over your eyelash extensions, leave it on for about 5 minutes and gently try to remove your eyelash extensions; if they are still not soft, repeat the procedure as many times as necessary.

Rinse with water or makeup remover

Once opened, this product has a shelf life of 4 months.
 Important:
Do not store in places where the temperature may affect the product.
