In the heart of Miami, in 2019, I founded YSPGLOWLAB, a beauty salon that offers services such as eyelash extensions and manicures. From day one, our salon attracted a loyal clientele who appreciated the quality and dedication my team and I provided. However, I noticed a decline in reservations for our eyelash extension services over time.
Determined to understand the reason behind this trend, I spoke with our clients and discovered that while the eyelash extension service was appreciated, it was expensive and time-consuming. With a duration of between an hour and a half to two hours, plus the time lost in Miami traffic, this service was becoming increasingly impractical for many busy women.
Additionally, the extensions required visits every two weeks to maintain their perfect appearance, a luxury not everyone could afford. On a personal level, I also faced a challenge: although I loved eyelash extensions, I developed a severe allergy that prevented me from continuing to use them. This obstacle inspired me to seek alternatives that were not only safe for people with allergies but also offered the convenience of a home application.
Thus, in 2021, YSPGLOWLAB launched its first at-home eyelash extensions. The success was immediate. Clients, delighted with the ease of use, natural appearance, and affordable price, began buying several boxes during each salon visit.
The success of the eyelash extensions motivated me to expand our product line. Listening to our client's requests, I launched a high-quality gel press-on nails with unique designs in 2022. These products were also enthusiastically received, and many clients began to prefer product options over traditional services.
By the end of 2022, the demand for YSPGLOWLAB products had grown so much that I made a bold decision: to close the salon and focus all our efforts on selling and distributing our products. This transformation turned YSPGLOWLAB into a leading brand in eyelash extension and press-on nail market, standing out for our deep knowledge of products, materials, and application techniques, an advantage few brands can match.
Today, YSPGLOWLAB proudly stands as the number-one company in the beauty products for eyelashes and nails, providing fast, easy, and affordable solutions that fit modern life.
