Care Information

Here's how to care for your DIY lashes for up to 7 days of wear:

• Keep it Dry: Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours after application.

• Hands Off: Minimize touching your lashes as the oils from your fingers can loosen the adhesive.

• Beat the Heat: Skip extreme heat (saunas, hot showers) for the first 24 hours.

• Sleep on Your Back: Sleeping on your stomach can crush or damage your lashes.

• Oil-Free Removal: Use oil-free makeup removers to avoid breaking down the adhesive.

• Bonder and Sealant

Clean: Clean your lashes with the oil-free cleanser provided to remove dirt or oils. Wait until your lashes are completely dry before applying the lashes.

Less is More: When applying the adhesive, remember - a little goes a long way! Dab a small amount at the base of your natural lashes, avoiding applications like mascara.

Precision Placement: Carefully apply each lash cluster underneath your natural lashes, close to the waterline but not touching it. Repeat this for both eyes and allow a few minutes for drying before setting. DIY lashes are designed to be lightweight and comfortable. Ensure they're placed 1-2mm away from your waterline. If you can feel them, gently remove and reposition them for optimal comfort.

Secure & Seal: Gently clamp the lashes with the applicator tool to create a secure hold. Finally, apply the sealant along the base of the lashes to create a lasting bond.

Apply remover:

 Dip a cotton swab in the remover and gently swipe it along the base of your lashes, where the extension meets your natural lash. Avoid getting the remover in your eyes.

Let it sit:

Allow the remover to work its magic for a few minutes, typically 3-5 minutes as per the product instructions. The glue should start to loosen the bond between the extension and your natural lash.

Gently slide off: 

Using your fingers or tweezers (be very gentle!), try to gently slide the extension off your natural lash. If it doesn't come off easily, don't pull! Reapply remover and wait a bit longer.

Repeat: 
Continue applying remover and gently removing extensions one by one until all are gone.

Cleanse lashes: 

Once all extensions are removed, use a gentle lash cleanser or oil-free makeup remover to clean any leftover glue or residue from your natural lashes.

It is your responsibility to carefully inspect adhesive items upon delivery and notify us within 48 hours of delivery if there are any issues. This timeframe allows for an adequate assessment of the product's condition and any potential issues related to storage, handling, or transportation. We can not offer any replacements for faulty products outside of this 48-hour period.
